30-Day Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

 

Change of mind

Items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, with all tags and accessories. A return shipping fee based on the package weight will be deducted from your refund:

Up to 500 g: Rs. 150

501 g to 2 kg: Rs. 300

2.01 kg to 5 kg: Rs. 500

5.01 kg to 10 kg: Rs. 800

Over 10 kg: quoted before pickup

 

Damaged, defective, wrong or non-genuine item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@ozzarostore.com or +91 9196089730 with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free pickup and give you a full refund or replacement.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, personal care and grooming products, undergarments, food, supplements, or items with a broken seal, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
