Most products available on Ozzaro Store come with a manufacturer's warranty provided by the respective brand or manufacturer in the United States. The warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary from product to product and are determined solely by the manufacturer. Where applicable, warranty information will be clearly mentioned in the product listing. We encourage all customers to read the warranty terms specific to each product before making a purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage typically includes manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and other issues that arise under normal use of the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Consumable parts such as batteries and accessories are generally not covered under warranty unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.

However, please note that the final decision on warranty approval rests with the manufacturer. In cases where a warranty claim is approved, the resolution may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the manufacturer's policy. We are committed to supporting you throughout the entire warranty claim process and will keep you informed at every stage.
Important Note
In most cases, unless specified in the product listing, Ozzaro Store does not maintain a direct partnership with the brands we carry. This means that international warranty claims may require coordination between our team, the supplier, and the manufacturer, which may take additional time. We appreciate your patience in such cases and assure you that we will always act in your best interest to reach a fair and timely resolution.
